I stress out a lot, like most of the time. I stress out over things that probably don't seem a big of deal to other people. For example, I hate when people scream for everything. I begin to get irritated and I go off on them eventually and I just get stressed. Sometimes I get stressed when I'm in a big crowd or even here in school walking through the hallways. I can't stand being around people I don't know or don't like and so often times I get stressed. When I get stressed I usually take it out on other people and I get mad and rude.
I noticed that most of your stress comes from other people, which is interesting. Most people I know mainly stress out about school and upcoming assignments. I wonder if home schooling would be better for you to get away from some of that stress.
ReplyDeleteThat's not a good trait or habit to have. You should not let people get to you so easily, just be the bigger person and go on with your day. If stuff lie this continues you will always have unnecessary stress brought on by unnecessary people. I understand people get irritated with the little things especially if we are having a bad day but that's just something we have to work on together.
